SK Sartell's Redesign In Silverton, Oregon
SK Sartell changes everything! This 1970's style daylight basement home was in dire need of an uplift. The lucky owner's didn't have to move in before the rejuvenation was complete. "Our budget did not include new cabinetry. We painted the cabinets a soft sage green and then antiques them with black. I carefully broke out the brown single tiles and replaced them with a pretty strawberry motif tile. Kathy's colors pallet is sage green, strawberry red, black and gold."

Homeowner's hire Sk Sartell to save this outdated home. The kitchen was a tired and worn 1970' rambler with little or no interest.

We removed the full wall and closet in the upstairs great room and replaced it with a pony wall and a new opening into the formal  living room. Each opening is framed with square columns.

During the remodel
The horrible old carpet was yanked up and a beautiful new pine floor pulled the kitchen and great room into one wonderful space.

Adding a gas fireplace in the living room made it comfortable and cozy. The cabinet over the mantle hides a large  TV/entertainment center.
